How do I clear my browser cache?

Your browser saves site information/files for sites that you have visited in the past.  Having old data/files in your browser cache may lead to usability/visual issues with the site.  If you are experiencing site issues, a good place to start is to clear your browser Cache & Cookie and then reload the site to see if the issues are resolved.

Chrome – From Top Menu, click “Chrome” then select “Clear Browsing Data”.  Make sure the Cache & Cookies boxes are marked and the drop-down menu has “the beginning of time” selected then click “Clear browsing data”.  Close the browser and all of its windows and open a new browser session.

Safari – From Top Menu, click the SAFARI User Interface button, then select “Empty Cache” then click EMPTY.  Close the browser and all of its windows and open a new browser session.

Firefox – From Top Menu, click “Tools” then select “Clear Recent History”.  Make sure the Cookies and Cache boxes are marked and “Everything” is marked in the “Time range to clear” menu, then click “Clear Now”.  Close the browser and all of its windows and open a new browser session.

Internet Explorer – From Top Menu, click “Safety” then select “Delete browsing history”.  Make sure the Cookies, History & Temporary Internet Files boxes are marked then click “Delete”.  Wait for a visual message that the browser has been cleared.  Close the browser and all of its windows and open a new browser session.
