How do I find my Browser version?

Finding your browser version can help determine why the site is not working as intended for you.  Please always include your browser version info when submitting Support tickets so that we can resolve your issue in the most expedient manner.

  • Chrome – From Top Menu, click the “Chrome” button then select “About Google Chrome”.  Your version information will display here.
  • Safari – From Top Menu, click the “Safari” button then select “About Safari”.  Your version information will display here.
  • Firefox – From Top Menu, click the “Firefox” button then select “About Firefox”.  Your version information will display here.
  • Internet Explorer – From Top Menu, click the “Help” button then select “About Internet Explorer”.  Your version information will display here.
