How do I find my Operating System version?
Finding your OS version can help determine why the site is not working as intended for you. Please always include your OS version info when submitting Support tickets so that we can resolve your issue in the most expedient manner.
To find your Operating System version:
- Mac – Click the “Apple” button at the top of your desktop and select “About this Mac”. Your OS version information will be here.
- PC- Right-click with your mouse on the My Computer icon on your desktop and select Properties. Your OS version information will be here.
- Mobile – Click on your desktop Setting icon. Your OS version info should be under GENERAL settings. NOTE: This will vary by device.
