Generally, our policy is not to give refunds. Exceptions:
Please reach out to Dognition Customer Service at email@example.com within 10 days of your purchase date if you purchased more Assessments than you intended to. You will receive a full refund for the extra Assessment(s) IF the extra Assessment(s) have not been activated.
Please reach out to Dognition Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase date if you purchased Dognition as a gift and no longer wish to gift Dognition. You will receive a full refund IF that account has not been activated.
All refunds will be applied to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be charged back to your account.
Please reach out to Dognition Customer Service at email@example.com at any time to cancel your monthly membership. Cancellation will be effective as of the first calendar month after your notice of cancellation. Once you've cancelled, you will no longer be charged for or receive monthly membership content in the future, unless you re-enroll. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, but you will not receive a refund for a month already charged.
