Why can't I upload a photo with my iPhone/iPad?

At this time, the photo upload script may only work on the iPhone 5 (5th Generation) and the iPad 4 (4th Generation with Retina Display). If you have an older model (ie. iPhone 4 or iPad 2, etc.) or are running an older iOS you will not be able to select a photo to upload on the dog registration page.

Should you have a more recent model or have access to a desktop or laptop computer, please login to Dognition from that device to upload your photo. If you do not have access to another device, we would be happy to assist you. Just send us your photo and the name of your dog.
