How do I cancel my monthly membership?

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, but you will not receive a refund. Once you've cancelled, you will no longer be charged for or receive monthly membership content in the future, unless you re-enroll. To cancel, you may:

1. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button under Order History in your account.

OR

2. Write to Dognition Customer Service at support@dognition.com.
