If you see an error message when trying to play a video, the likely cause is that your browser and its plug-ins are out-of-date.  Please check our list of supported browsers to see if your browser is supported.  If your browser is not supported, we suggest updating your current browser free on the web to a version that is supported by Dognition.

If you are seeing a video error message and your browser is supported by Dognition, please submit a Support Ticket (through Contact Support on the right side of the support page) describing your issue.  Include a screenshot of your entire browser & screen if possible.
