There are several things that may cause this issue.

First, check to see if your browser is supported by the Dognition site.  If your browser is not supported, you may not receive the full intended Dognition experience.  Our suggestion is to try another browser if you have one that is on the "supported" list.  If you do not have another browser on the "supported" list, our suggestion is to update your current browser (for free on the web) to its most recent version.

If the issue was not a browser version issue, it may have been a bad load of the site via wireless.  Clear your browser Cache & Cookie then restart the browser and reload the site to see if the issue is resolved.

Lastly, the Dognition site is not optimized for display resolutions under 1024x768.  Viewing at resolutions below this may cause layout issues.  Check your computer’s display resolution, and increase it to 1024x768 or higher for the best Dognition site experience.
